All bedrooms feature air-conditioning and are finished with hotel-quality beds and linens to ensure a restful stay.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ideal for long dinners and shared moments, along with modern comforts such as fast Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Spaces

The villa offers three beautifully styled bedrooms with hotel-quality boxspring beds for a truly restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a second bathroom and two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two separate luxury beds — ideal for children or friends.

The spacious, fully equipped open kitchen with a welcoming bar invites shared cooking and long, relaxed dinners. Every space has been carefully designed with a perfect balance of style and comfort.

Outside, the heart of Casa Corazón unfolds. Multiple outdoor lounge areas, sun loungers by the pool, a BBQ and an outdoor kitchen with fridge set the scene for laid-back afternoons, sunset drinks and warm summer evenings together.

Design & Atmosphere

Most villas offer a place to stay. Casa Corazón offers a feeling. After years of renting so-called ‘luxury’ villas, we noticed what was missing: the soul. Rooms without atmosphere, design without comfort, spaces without care. We found ourselves rearranging furniture, buying décor, searching for a sense of home that was never there. So we decided to build it.

Casa Corazón was stripped back to its bones and rebuilt with devotion; every material chosen with purpose, every corner designed to hold you, every detail considered down to the touch, the light, the feeling. It is a home created from the heart, so that yours can soften the moment you arrive. This is not just a villa. It’s a private paradise shaped to feel like your own escape. Where comfort, design, and emotion finally meet.

Location

While many choose a villa right by the sea, we consciously chose something different. Along the coast, villas are often built close together, offering little privacy and plenty of bustle, a feeling we wanted to avoid. That is why we carefully selected the location of Casa Corazón: Benitachell.

Casa Corazón is perfectly situated between the coastal towns of Jávea and Moraira, both just 10 minutes away. Thanks to this convenient location, traffic congestion is never an issue. You can enjoy complete peace and privacy while beaches, charming villages and excellent restaurants are always close by. A large supermarket is just a five-minute drive away, making your stay effortless and comfortable.
